SR Flanged Filters are large-flow filters with flange connections launched by SR Company. The maximum design pressure is 9.9 MPa, and the maximum interface is DN400. At a working pressure of 7 bar, the maximum flow rate can reach 30,000 Nm³/h. Compared with threaded connection filters, flange connection filters are more suitable for large-flow systems. The standard product of SR Flanged Filters has a carbon steel housing. SR Flanged Filters are produced by a professional pressure vessel factory, designed in accordance with GB150 and ASME standards, and have stood the test of practice. Special production fixtures and clamps are used to achieve accurate positioning of components, ensuring high accuracy in dimensions and positions. The standard carbon steel SR Flanged Filters are pickled and passivated, and the outer surface is treated with polyester powder coating technology, which has stronger corrosion resistance and a design life of more than 10 years.

The filter elements are 100% tested during production, meeting the filtration accuracy requirements of international ISO 8573.1. The filter elements are tested by internationally certified third-party independent institutions. Special customized borosilicate glass fiber materials are used as the filter media.
