SR ZHP High Pressure Filters are filters developed by SR Company, suitable for high-pressure compressed air and high-pressure gases. They can filter out water, oil, particulate impurities, etc. from various gases such as high-pressure compressed air, natural gas, ammonia, etc., achieving a clean level. The filtration precision is divided into 5 μm, 1 μm, 0.01 μm and activated carbon.

The housing material of SR ZHP High Pressure Filters includes 316L, and the maximum working pressure can reach 5 Mpa. The housing is designed with CAD, drawing on domestic and foreign design experience, and is processed by a CNC machining center. The housing has undergone 100% pressure test experiments at 1.5 times the pressure, greatly improving the reliability and safety of the HP series high-pressure filters.

The flow rate of SR ZHP High Pressure Filters can reach 800 Nm³/h 7 barg. They have installation forms such as threaded connection, ferrule connection or direct welding, and customized products can be provided according to customer requirements.
