SR Compressed Air Heaters are online compressed air heater independently developed by SR. Its main function is to heat compressed air by means of electric heating, with a heating range of 20°C to 120°C. SR Compressed Air Heaters can be commonly used in industries such as respiratory systems, manufacturing, processing, painting and so on.

SR Compressed Air Heaters have two models,A75TH and A75FTH. They have a maximum flow rate of 2 Nm³/min, an interface size of Rc3/4, a power supply of 220VAC/50Hz, a maximum working pressure of 1.6 Mpa, and a minimum inlet air temperature of -20°C. The difference between the two models, A75TH and A75FTH,  is that the A75TH does not have a pre-filter, while the A75FTH has a pre-filter, "F" means "Filter".

 If the compressed air to be heated contains oil, water, etc., then the A75FTH heater with a pre-filter needs to be selected to ensure that the compressed air to be heated is clean and dry, thereby improving heating efficiency and extending the service life of the heater.

The outer shell of SR Compressed Air Heaters is made of high-strength cast aluminum alloy with anodized and anti-corrosion treated surface, which is pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The temperature regulation is fast and stable. When the flow rate is less than or equal to 1 Nm³/min, the temperature does not change with the pressure and flow rate. The output temperature ranges from room temperature to 120°C, and the temperature can be controlled within ±3°C. The heating rate can reach 10°C/s.
