SR Medical Vacuum Filters are installed on the pipeline between the vacuum tank and the vacuum pump to filter bacteria, oil, water, solid particles and odors in medical gases. The standard products include Rc or NPT 1/2" to 3" threaded connections, flanged connections DN50 - 150, with a maximum filtration flow rate of up to 1456 Nm³/h.

SR Medical Vacuum Filters fully meet the guidances of HTM02 - 01 and GB50751 - 2012 and are designed to protect medical equipment from liquid, solid particle and bacterial contamination. The sterilizing filter of the SR medical central suction system is clearly marked with "Biohazard". The initial dry clean differential pressure does not exceed 3 KPa. All models are equipped with a ball valve and a disinfectable drainage flask.

SR Medical Vacuum Filters feature multi-layer pleated technology, ultra-low differential pressure, high filtration efficiency and long-service-life filter elements. They use WALKER customized borosilicate ultrafine filtering fibers. Each vacuum sterilizing filter element has a proprietary serial number and is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001 - 2008 procedure. Each filter element comes with a quality certificate. SR Medical Vacuum Filter elements have black ends, and the air flow direction is from outside to inside. The particulate filtration efficiency is greater than 99.9999% (HTM 02 - 01 indicates that the filtration efficiency of bacterial filters should meet and exceed 99.995% according to the test conditions of BS3928:1969 sodium salt spray experiment). The maximum working temperature is 60°C, the maximum working pressure is 0.5 barg, and the maximum working vacuum degree is full vacuum. The filter element replacement cycle is 6 months, or after 1,000 hours of operation, or when the differential pressure equals 100 mbar.
