Replacement heating element WKN40037,is the core heating element of the WALKER compressed air heater, installed inside the heater and stored as a commonly used spare part in our Dalian warehouse.

The replacement heating element WKN40037 is made of high-quality heating resistor coils wound around it, which can quickly heat the compressed air entering the heater. According to the change of the temperature gauge pointer, it can be seen that the heater can reach the heating standard in a short time and can stably output temperature. Generally, gas heating can be achieved in a few seconds.

WALKER compressed air heaters can make the temperature controlled between 20℃ 120℃(68℉ and 248℉).

The compressed air being heated has requirements of air quality, if the compressed air contains oil，water and other liquids, it is necessary to select a pre-filter. If the heated compressed air is used for breathing air, then the front end of the heater should be equipped with enough filtration equipment to meet the breathing requirements. It should be noted that the combination of heater and filter cannot be used to remove certain gases such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. If the pre-filter is not installed, the service life of the replacement heating element WKN40037 will be shortened and the heater will be damaged.
