SR HP High Pressure Filters is a series of stainless steel filters launched by SR Filtration. The stainless steel housing means corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, making it suitable for high-pressure environments. SR HP High Pressure Filters are commonly used in industries such as hydraulic systems, petrochemicals, natural gas, pharmaceuticals, food processing, laboratories, etc., to filter gas impurities, improve gas quality, and protect downstream equipment at the same time.

The maximum working pressures of SR HP High Pressure Filters are divided into 5 MPa, 10 MPa and 35 MPa. The maximum flow rate is 3500 Nm³/h. With a low-flow design, it ensures good filtration effects, especially excellent oil removal effects. All of the SR HP High Pressure Filters are equipped with WALKER filter elements. The filter elements include 25 microns, 5 microns, 1 micron, 0.01 micron and activated carbon level, meeting the ISO 8573-1 compressed air purity standard and ISO 12500 standard. Borosilicate fiber material is selected as the filtration material to ensure filtration efficiency and provide high permeability. 

These WALKER filter elements use a stainless steel double-layer support cage, which is resistant to high pressure and corrosion, suitable for harsh working conditions such as corrosive environments, with a maximum working temperature of 180°C, ensuring reliable filtration efficiency and oil removal effects.

         It is recommended to replace the filter element every 6,000 to 8,000 hours to ensure low differential pressure and high-efficiency filtration of the filter element. In addition to the standard SR HP High Pressure Filters, we also offer customized high-pressure filters. The housing material can be selected from 316L stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, and forged aluminum.
