Both SR compressed air heaters A75TH and A75FTH are domestically produced compressed air heaters launched by SR Filtration. The difference between them is that the A75TH does not have a pre-filter, while the A75FTH has a pre-filter. "F" stands for Filter, which means pre-filter.

The maximum flow rate of SR compressed air heaters A75TH and A75FTH is both 2 Nm³/min, the pipe size is Rc3/4, the power supply is 220VAC/50Hz, the maximum working pressure is 1.6 Mpa, and the minimum inlet air temperature is -20°C. If the compressed air to be heated contains oil, water, etc., then it is necessary to select the A75FTH heater with a pre-filter to ensure that the compressed air to be heated is clean and dry, thereby improving heating efficiency and extending the service life of the heater.

SR compressed air heaters A75TH and A75FTH contain internal electronic component control systems, temperature probes, annular reverse flow devices, and heating components. The heating element is in the shape of spiral tube, with large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating and good mechanical strength. The heating body is fixed by the annular reverse flow device, which can not only heat the gas centrally, improve the heating efficiency, but also form a gas insulation layer inside the heater shell, and the heat is not transmitted through the heater shell to avoid heat loss and avoid external burns.
