SR Nitrogen Generators and SR CO2 Removal Purifiers are used for FT-IR purging and TOC purging

SR Nitrogen Generators make use of the existing compressed air system to produce nitrogen on site and take it on demand, with lower nitrogen cost and no restriction on transportation and price hike of bottled nitrogen. Combined with SR CO2 Removal Purifiers, SR nitrogen generators are more suitable for supplying gas to laboratory instruments and providing purifiers.

The SR Nitrogen Generators are small in size and light in weight. The maximum working pressure is 10 barg, and 16 barg is available as an option; they are suitable for various voltages, 110 - 240 VAC, 50 Hz or 60 Hz, and 24 VDC is available as an option; the nitrogen purity is 95% - 99.999%; nitrogen generation modules can be added later as needed to increase the nitrogen production.

The photo above show a PSA nitrogen generation system with SR module nitrogen generators involved. It consists of an air compressor, an air storage tank, a drain, an air-water separator, a refrigerated dryer, filters, SR Nitrogen Generators, and a buffer tank. This system is applied in a certain laboratory, mainly to supply gas to the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer and the Total Organic Carbon Analyzer (TOC) for food and drug quality detection.
