The two types of gas online heaters we provide: WALKER FILTRATION heaters and SR heaters, both of them are devices that convert electrical energy into thermal energy through electric heating elements to directly heat the gas.

The core heating components of both types of gas online heaters are wound heating coils, which are composed of electronic component control systems, temperature measurement probes, and cylinder bodies, etc. They can achieve precise temperature control, with an output temperature range from 20°C to 120°C. The heating components feature high thermal efficiency, large heated area, uniform heating, and good mechanical strength. Both types of gas online heaters have die-cast aluminum housings that have undergone anodizing and resin powder coating, providing corrosion resistance and stability. The internal heating coils are protected by the cylinder body, preventing the outer shell from overheating and avoiding burns.

Both types of gas online heaters have requirements for the intake air quality. The maximum working pressure is 16 barg, the maximum flow rate is 120 Nm³/h, and the minimum flow rate is 3 Nm³/h. The gas filtration accuracy must reach 0.01 microns. If it does not meet this requirement, a pre-filter needs to be installed at the front end. Installing a pre-filter can also effectively protect the heater and extend its service life.
