OVR series oil vapour removal purifier is a modular system specifically designed for oil and odor removal in compressed air by utilizing the adsorption effect of activated carbon. It can achieve a residual oil content of less than 0.003mg/m³ in compressed air under conditions of 35℃ and an inlet pressure of 7bar, while simultaneously eliminating odors from the compressed air.

The maximum operating pressure of OVR series oil vapour removal purifier is 16barg. Recommended operating temperature range is 2 to 50℃. The flow capacity is from 315 to 2550 Nm³/h, and the maximum outlet air oil content at 35℃ is 0.003 mg/m³.

When the air inlet conditions are met, the oil content of the filtered compressed air meets ISO 8573-1 Class 1 standards. OVR series oil vapour removal purifier can be installed in the air compressor station room, or at the point of use to protect critical applications and personnel, or for breathing applications.
